Dec. 1, 2015 5:00 a.m. in the Vancouver Island Conference Centre. Artists are asked to submit a maximum of five works for consideration by sending digital images of the work to admin@nanaimoartscouncil.ca or dropping them off at the council’s office, located at 4 Commercial St. Artists must include the title, medium, size and date the work was completed.
